How To Download The Product? (lost download link)

Check your email inbox for the download link again. When you first purchase, there is a welcome email which contains all the login details.


If you are having trouble downloading the files or have lost the email, please contact us and we can assist.

Do you offer telephone support?

At present we do not offer telephone support.

Support is offered via our support desk software. The help desk is manned from 8am to 6pm  Monday to Friday.

I have issues viewing PDF files

If you are having trouble viewing the files, you might have an old or corrupt version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. To correct this issue, please download the latest release here.

DVD errors?

Every DVD is tested before delivery.

Don't forget to load the DVD on another computer (if you have access to one) and also try to see if your drive reads another DVD, preferably an original one, or a burned one that you are 100% certain should work.

 If it works on another computer, it should work on your PC, too. Don't forget to use a computer DVD reader/player. You CANNOT read a DVD with your home DVD/CD player.

How do I open and view the plans?

Once you've download the plans to your computer or mobile/tablet you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. Don't worry, Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and it's already installed on most computers. On mobile and tablets, PDFs are automatically supported.

 If you don't have it or for some reason your book still won't open, please visit www.Adobe.com to download the newest version and install it. If you still have problems, please visit our support system and submit a ticket.

I can't find the desired plans.

Please visit the members area and download all the zip files. There are hundreds of plans included  - and I am aware that this might discourage you from finding the desired plans.  

Each category has several different plans included. One pdf file could contain multiple blueprints and schematics.

Please download all zip files - and I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.

When you open a pdf file with Adobe Reader, you can use the search function:

step1) Open the pdf file (in adobe reader)
step2) Use the search function.

Download errors (corrupt files)

If the zip file you're attempting to run is missing or incomplete, Windows will be unable to execute the file properly and sometimes generate an error message.

 If you downloaded this file from our server, delete the file and try downloading in full and running it again. It's possible during the download that the file became corrupted.

I didn't receive my DVD.

After you register - you'll get instant access to download all 12,000 woodworking plans.

The downloads contains some pretty huge files which can take a while to download and some people won't mind taking the time to download everything while others don't have the time or patience.

This is why we are offering the core plans on a PC DVD-ROM. If you're having problems with the downloads, the DVD version will save you the time and hassle.

If you didn't receive the DVD, please allow 12-18 working days for delivery.

How to extract(unzip) the files?

Most modern PCs, Mac, mobile and tablet open zip files automatically. If you're on an older PC, you might need an un-zip file utility, to allow you to unzip and extract the plans. You can get 7-zip for free here
